How to add an event?

If you are logged in, you will see the Calendar item in your sidebar menu.

We have already configured the calendar for you, but if you want to know more about using the calendar, you can click on “Overview”. However, for just adding an event, click “Calendar”.

You’ll get an overview of all available calendars in your website. When you’ve received your website there will be only one active: “Events”. Click on this.

Now you will get an overview of all planned events in this calendar. To add one, click on Add an Event.

An event form will open and you can add all information about this event.


The categories are predefined, but if you want to add new categories. You need to do this in the Event categories section which you can find in the calendar’s menu.

When you have finished adding all data, click Save.
